It's A....

GIRL!!!! FOR SOME REASON WE TOTALLY THOUGHT WE WERE HAVING A BOY, SUPRISE: IT'S A SWEET, HEALTHY LITTLE GIRL!! PAITYN AND HER (WE HAVEN'T DECIDED ON A NAME YET) WILL BE SUCH CUTE SISTERS!! IT ALWAYS MAKES THE WHOLE PREGNANCY MORE REAL WHEN YOU ACTUALLY SEE THE BABY INSIDE OF YOU. so much fun!!! NOW WE'VE GOT A NAME TO CHOOSE AND A NURSERY TO DECORATE. I WILL SAVE THAT FOR A LATER BLOG. :-) gOoD NiGhT!!

We're taking bets

So 20 weeks later, and a belly to prove it....we finally find out what we're having on Wednesday!! It feels almost like Christmas. So hang tight and we'll post that night to let you all know. Is it a BOY or a GIRL??? Leave me a comment and place your bet and how much you wage. :-) You have a 50/50 chance. We just hope for a healthy little baby so we'll take any gender.

A Day At The Lake

Thursday late afternoon, our friends the Simpsons called us to go boating. With no hesitation, we threw on our swimming suits and picked up Devin at work. We went to Deer Creek Resevoir and had SO much fun like we always do with them!! Meri and Nate are honestly so much fun and are always up for anything! And Solee..you can't get much cuter than her. We've had so much fun this summer going on their sweet boat. Here are a few photos.

The Very Eventful 4th of July

I'm usually a week or so behind, so I thought I'd tell you about our crazy fun 4th of July. Tuesday night, a bunch of family slept over at Devin's brother Danny's house and we had a big sleep-over. We all swam in his pool and watched a movie outside and ate lots of yummy food!! It was so much fun!

Paityn has turned into a fish overnight!! You should see her in the water.

That morning, we cooked breakfast and sat outside his house and watched the parade go by. I actually had my camera out and ready to take pictures, but before the parade started, my little 3 year-old niece was missing. We didn't find her until almost an hour. It was the scariest thing ever!! We all took off and went looking up and down the streets in tears. She ended up 6 blocks west sitting with some kids throwing snaps, watching the parade. Thank goodness she was okay! I can honestly say I have never been so scared!! After the parade, we went to the Baugh family party and then back to Danny's for some more swimming, movies, and fireworks. It took a few days to recover on sleep, but we definetly enjoyed the holiday!! I hope you all did too!

So Much to blog about

I have so much I want to blog about so hopefully this afternoon, I will sit down and tell about what we've been up to. We had such a fun, eventful 4th of July. I'll tell more later. Plus, congrats to one of my best friends Camie & Jake on their new little arrival. I'm hoping to head up to the hospital this morning to see him. Ta ta for now.
