Things to do this summer...

In order to savor the summer, I rallied the troops and we put together a list of things we'd like to do this summer...

  • Hogle Zoo
  • Hike the Y
  • Run through the Gateway Fountain
  • Movie in the Arts Park
  • Go to Chicago (this is more of a WANT, but ya know)
  • Go to the cabin
  • Go to Lagoon
  • Explore Thanksgiving Point
  • Park City
  • Take a trip to St. George
  • Have a Neighborhood Party

We've accomplished 2 so far, and the Neighborhood Party is tomorrow night, so not too bad so far!

What's on your summer list??

What a way to start my day

{He's going to kill me for blogging about this, but too sweet I had to share}

Lunch with Granny

Awhile back, we met up with for lunch my cousin Mindi and her little girl Whitney, Aunt Sherri, Grandma Lindsey, Uncle Rick, Aunt Rosie, Cousin Caleb & Tiff and their little addition Max!

We've decided that we could never leave these 2 alone, they'd cause some serious havoc!

My hip grandma with all her great grandkids!
{She doesn't look old enough to have GREAT - GRANDKIDS, huh?}

I think it's time to meet up again!

Time Out

. . We've got a hair puller on our hands . .
and quite frankly, I'm not sure what to do about it!

Any Ideas???

Our 2009 {Preschool} Graduate

Is it really June, REALLY??
Time is really flying around here, I guess that's what happens when school's out and summer hits!

I'd hate to forget this monumental day...Preschool graduation! I guess I should clarify, Paityn's first year of Preschool graduation! (we've still got one more year) Paityn had so much fun at Miss Robyn's Preschool this year! She has learned so much and we have enjoyed all the cute songs she has sang around the house! In fact at the graduation, her Grandma Bird said "I think I knew every song they sang!" I can't believe how much she's grown up!

{Miss Robyn & Paityn}

{Best Buddies...well beside the hair pulling!}
{Paity with her proud dad}
{Have I mentioned our picture poser?}

I couldn't decide what to do for her teachers, especially since she had 5 different teachers! So in trying to get creative and with the economy in mind ;) my friend Kristen and I whipped up a bunch of these for our teacher gifts this year! I was pretty happy about how they turned out! (now I just need to make me a few!)

I hope all your graduations went well and you're enjoying your summer too!
